INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LAW (45 hours)

General course description:
The oriented study of international business law and corporate transactions in global environment is mostly desired for the comprehension of the classic foundations of international commercial law and its recent development, and the education of international lawyers for a conscious global business advocacy. In this sense, the present course covers a comprehensive range of units related to the legal regulation of international business law, transnational corporate law, private international law, movement of multinational companies, international commercial contracts, and further issues on comparative law and its relevance to international commercial law. The classes will also cover topics on harmonization and uniformization of international commercial law, its instruments and institutions and practical issues concerning the international commercial contracts.

Classes: Wednesdays, from 7:00 to 10:00 pm, from March to June
